Important details
- Ages 21+ only for drinking alcohol. Bring valid photo ID as proof of age.
- Children ages 0–4 join free; child tickets cover ages 5–11.
- Wear a mask during the tour.
- Property pickup requires at least 3 days' advance booking and is available in Union Square, Financial District, Nob Hill, Lombard Street, Embarcadero and SOMA.
- For property pickup, arrive in the lobby 15 minutes before your pickup time. Shared pickup may run early or late.
- If meeting at Fisherman’s Wharf, arrive 30 minutes before departure. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity date (destination local time) for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen events, you can reschedule or request a full refund.
