Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license to drive; younger passengers are welcome. A two-adult minimum applies per booking. Arrive at least 15 minutes early—check-in closes when the safety brief begins and late arrivals are not refunded.

100% refund for most cancellations made more than 48 hours before start (conditions may apply). No refunds within 48 hours. You can reschedule for $50 per person. Private Tomcar bookings: cancel more than 7 days before start. Groups of 12+: 25% fee within 1 week.
