• Ages 21+ only to rent and operate.
• A lifetime or 90-day temporary boater safety course card is required to rent. Cards from any state are accepted.
• A $50 cleaning fee applies for excessive sand, food, trash or fishing-related messes. This is not included in the listed price.
• A $75 late-return fee applies and is not included in the listed price.
• A $300 charge applies for traveling outside the navigation boundaries. One warning is issued by phone or text. This charge is not included in the listed price.
• Fuel charges apply if you violate the engine-speed limit and are not included in the listed price.
• Keep engine speed at or below 4,000 revolutions per minute. Returning quickly to avoid unexpected dangerous weather is an exception to this limit and its fuel charge.
• Bring children's life jackets if the provided sizes do not fit them.
• Do not use sunscreen containing zinc oxide on board unless medically necessary.
• Follow dock staff's loading and unloading instructions. Participation requires accepting a release of liability for injuries and damage to belongings on the dock.
• Arrive 30 minutes early. Arriving late does not extend your return time; the no-show cutoff is 45 minutes after the scheduled start.
