Cancellations require more than 60 days' notice and incur a 10% service charge. The operator will try to reschedule your trip; no rescheduling fee applies. This policy applies regardless of the reason. The operator is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, water conditions, medical emergencies or other unforeseen conditions affecting river safety.

FAQs
Wear comfortable shoes that can get wet, such as river shoes or fishing boots. Bring a hat, long-sleeved shirt, sunscreen, lip balm, sunglasses and a water bottle. Pack a light jacket for rainy conditions and prepare for seasonal weather.
Bring 9-foot leaders and tippet in 2X–5X, strike indicators, split shot and fly floatant. If you bring your own fly rod, use a 5- or 6-weight; rods are available if needed. You can also bring your own flies for the fishing trip.
