Important details

• Children under 2 must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Boarding at the depot is wheelchair accessible, but disembarking at Pop’s Glen involves stairs. The historic train is not fully wheelchair accessible, and wheelchairs are limited to 24 inches wide onboard.
• Do not smoke, vape, or use alcohol during the ride. Alcohol is also prohibited on railroad property.
• Keep behavior family-friendly. Disruptive behavior may result in seating restrictions or removal from the train.
• You may be photographed on railroad property by staff or other passengers for marketing and social media use.
• Arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before departure to collect your tickets. Boarding begins 30 minutes before departure. Trains leave promptly, with no grace period for late arrivals.
