Hancock 10-Mile Historic Train Ride

Ride a round-trip route on the historic Calais Branch Line from Washington Junction to Ellsworth Falls. Choose from passenger-coach or open-air-car seating, available first come, first served.

• Ride through the Washington Junction wye on Saturday and Sunday departures
• Choose passenger-coach or open-air-car seating

Important details

• Pick up prepaid tickets at the ticket booth before boarding
• Arrive at least 30 minutes early if your group of 5 or more wants to sit together
• Children ages 16 and under must ride with an adult age 18 or older
• Leave alcoholic beverages at home
• Keep dogs restrained in the open-air car only
• Smoking is not permitted on trains or railroad property
• Expect trains to operate rain or shine; open-air seating may be limited by weather
