Accessibility is limited by narrow vestibules and doorways on the historic passenger cars. A boarding ramp serves the passenger and open-air cars. Power wheelchairs up to 26 inches wide by 36 inches long usually fit in the open-air car, and a transfer chair is available for access to the historic passenger cars.
Seating in the passenger coach and open-air car is first come, first served; seats cannot be reserved. Groups of 5 or more are strongly encouraged to pick up tickets at least 30 minutes before departure to sit together.
Yes. Restrooms are available in the parking lot near the boarding area and on the passenger coach.
