Explore traditional pasta techniques in a hands-on cooking class.
The techniques of traditional pasta are explored in this class favorite. We start with mixing the dough then move on to rolling and cutting - trying out well known pasta cuts such as angel hair, pappardelle, fettuccine, and bow ties.
Menu-based classes are collaborative, with students sharing in the preparation of the menu. Class finishes with a sit-down meal.
No refunds, including cancellations due to illness or COVID exposure. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of class forfeits your credit. If you cannot attend after the deadline, you may send a friend in your place.
