Important details

• Ages 21+ qualify for the provided insurance. Riders under 21 require their own comprehensive insurance and a motorcycle-endorsed driver's license.
• A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement is required. Bring your license and a photo of it. Failure to present a valid motorcycle license on arrival results in cancellation without refund.
• Fuel and return-related charges are not included in the listed price. Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline; otherwise, a $25 fuel charge applies.
• Taking this motorcycle off-road or on the south-side route to or from Hana incurs a minimum $500 service charge, separate from the listed price.
• You are responsible for motorcycle damage, lost rental revenue during repairs, lost or stolen tools and accessories, tire changes, roadside service, and parking or traffic fines. These costs are not included in the listed price.
• Separate charges apply: $50 for each lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card, or missing insurance card; $125 for a missing license plate; and at least $100 for a lost or damaged helmet.
• Keep the motorcycle on Maui and on smooth, paved roads. Do not take the south-side route to or from Hana or ride off-road. All motorcycles are tracked by GPS.
• You are the only authorized driver. Do not race, ride recklessly, drive under the influence, tow another vehicle, or transport passengers or property for hire. Violating operating restrictions invalidates insurance coverage.
• Wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Complete the required waiver before riding; you can sign it in person on arrival.
• Do not carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes, or gliders. Do not attach equipment or other items without written permission.
• Check the engine oil level at each refueling. Remove the keys and leave the motorcycle locked whenever it is not in use. Remove your belongings before returning it.
• Make a police report immediately after any damage or accident, and no later than 2 hours after an accident.
• The reserved motorcycle may be substituted because of maintenance.
• Return the motorcycle by the agreed due-back date and time. Returns at least 30 minutes late incur a minimum one-hour charge, not included in the listed price. You may also be responsible for the full charge of a subsequent reservation lost because of your late return. Overdue motorcycles are reported to police as missing vehicles.
