Important details
- Ages 14+ only to operate an e-bike
- Riders ages 14–17 must ride with a parent or guardian and have a waiver signed on their behalf
- Height requirement: 5'0"–6'6"
- Weight limit: 300 lb
- Requires mounting, dismounting, balancing, and controlling a standard bicycle unassisted
- Wear the provided helmet
- Bring closed-toe shoes, a photo ID, and a credit card
- Bring a signed electronic waiver
- No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy or with serious heart, back, knee, or balance conditions

Full refund with 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

No. If you can ride a traditional bicycle, you can use the pedal-assist e-bike. Start with the included 5-minute demo before your rental.
Your bike rental includes curbside assistance. If a bike cannot be repaired on the trail, a replacement is provided when available.
Children ages 5–13 can ride in an add-on child seat, trailer, tandem e-bike, or cargo e-bike.
