Important details
- Recommended for ages 10+
- This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Participation requires navigating several flights of stairs, an uphill path between caverns and cave sections where you must bend or duck.
- Wear proper outdoor footwear for wooded trails with roots, rocks and potentially muddy paths.
- Keep food and drinks out of the caverns.
- No alcohol, drugs or tobacco are permitted on the property. Visible intoxication or disruptive behavior will result in removal.
- Make sure everyone in your party knows the tour's rules and requirements.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time and give your name at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no refunds or cancellations. Tickets are valid only for the purchased date and time and are non-transferable. Tours run rain or shine. If inclement weather makes the hayride unsafe, it is replaced with an evening Black Light Tour of Whisper Rocks.
