The cruise opens with 30 minutes of creepy atmosphere—costumed characters, fog, eerie lighting, themed décor and atmospheric music—followed by an hour of lively Halloween party entertainment led by “Captain Diablo.” Halloween-themed cocktails are available for purchase, and full costumes are heavily encouraged for a festive night out.

- Bring a valid photo ID and keep it with you during the cruise.
- You may be denied boarding or removed from the vessel if the captain considers your level of intoxication a safety risk.
- Complete the electronic waiver before check-in. Required releases cover safety, liability, COVID-19, and permission to use photos, video, or audio recordings of you for promotional purposes without compensation.
- You and your bags are subject to search before boarding. Items may be refused on board.
- Do not bring glass containers, outside alcohol, cigarettes, vaporizers, drones, illegal drugs, weapons, or explosives.
- Follow safety announcements. The captain may return to the dock if your behavior jeopardizes the safety of others or the vessel.

If the operator cancels before departure due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. If your trip returns early due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive free rebooking, or a 50% refund if you won't return to San Diego. No-shows are charged full price.
