Important details

• Recommended for ages 12 and over; the experience may be too intense for younger children. Children under 12 require a parent or adult companion.
• Wheelchair and stroller access is limited to the ground floor, reducing the experience.
• Strobe lights are present and may cause adverse reactions if you have a medical condition sensitive to flashing lights. Loud air cannons may also be used.
• Intoxication is not permitted; you will be removed from the grounds if intoxicated.
• Pass through security before entering. Do not bring cigarettes, lighters, matches or other ignition devices, vaping devices, alcohol, weapons, drugs, or outside food or drink. Prohibited items will be discarded, not stored. Carrying prohibited items inside will result in removal.
• Do not park in surrounding residential neighborhoods or walk through the State-owned housing areas. If you park in the lower lot, wait at the shuttle station for your ride to the gate.
• Check in with staff outside the main gate using your mobile or printed ticket QR code, or the name on your reservation. Keep the paper ticket you receive and present it for admission.
• Enter during the admission window on your ticket. Gates close at 10:00 pm.
