Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cruise ship Force Majeure cancellations receive a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price. No refund if you arrive without required child seats.

Lava sightings are not guaranteed. You’ll receive updates on lava activity before your Hawaii Volcanoes National Park tour.
Children 7 and under must use a booster or child seat. Basic booster seats are available for ages 5–8 when requested at least 24 hours in advance. Children under 5 require a harness seat, which is not provided, and children cannot ride on laps.
Bring your handicap parking pass if you have one; it can reduce walking during the tour.
