Important details

- Bring only non-alcoholic beverages on the bus.
- Property pickup requires easy bus access on a paved or well-graded road. Pickup covers locations within 5 miles of Helen; locations 5–10 miles away may be eligible.
- Pickup time varies between 11:00am and 12:30pm. Arrive on time at your assigned meeting point; arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean forfeiting your tour because of winery reservation schedules.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule for a future date if you cancel at least 2 days before your tour. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond its control, you'll receive a full refund or credit toward a future tour.
