    Itinerary

You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. The entire group needs to be present at your appointed time. Before entering the orchard one or two people need to check in to get your picking bags & receive instructions. If you are not early this will cut down on your actual time in the orchard. Your hour starts at your appointed schedule time. We will give you a heads up 15 minutes prior to your hour being up to give you time to collect your basket & finish up before leaving. You will receive Ranchita del Reo "bucks" to spend in our store for your free jar of jam/salsa/honey or use the "bucks" towards a gift item of your choice if it is at a higher value. You will keep your basket & goodies. We have a full schedule and we work hard to space out our guests each hour so your experience is relaxing & semi private. Please respect all our other guests just like we greatly respect your time & experience with us! Our Family appreciates you picking our orchard to visit. Thank you!

    Important details

    • Follow orchard rules and avoid damaging property; groups that do not may be asked to leave.

    Cancellation Policy

No refunds. Rebooking may be possible for extenuating circumstances, subject to availability. Rain, wind and heat do not cancel the experience. A full refund applies if the orchard closes due to state or national hazardous weather conditions. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the experience without refund; you'll receive your basket of goodies, but no apples or cider.
