Know before you go
- Arrive parked and checked in 15 minutes before your reservation; no late entry is permitted
- Tickets are required for everyone age 4 and older; children 3 and under may accompany a paying adult
- Keep well-behaved dogs leashed and out of the animal and reptile areas
- Do not consume drugs or alcohol or use smoking devices on the property
- Expect cancellation for severe weather hazards, including extreme heat, flash floods, or active snowfall
