Important details

• Drivers and the lead renter must be ages 21+
• Arrive at 8:00 AM for paperwork, orientation, and any needed temporary boater's certificate; pontoons are ready at 8:30 AM
• Bring photo IDs for everyone ages 17+
• Bring boater safety certificates to show on arrival
• Carry a properly sized life preserver for every person aboard
• Accept the rental terms and conditions before departure
• Stay within Mile Marker 15; Nancy's Boat to Shore Campground and Raystown Resort are beyond this limit
• Leave glass, alcohol, drugs, stoves, and grills off the boat
• Leave pets ashore unless the boat is designated pet-friendly; a pet fee applies and no more than 2 dogs are allowed
• Mandatory rental insurance applies for damage coverage up to $4,000
• A security deposit applies and is returned after checkout inspection
• Expect fuel costs when you return the boat; fuel is not included in the listed price
• Expect a late fee of $100 to $300 per hour in addition to the rental fee
• Expect a $150-per-hour charge for service calls caused by customer negligence
• A single credit card is required for the rental
