Important details
- Arrive at 8 AM for paperwork, lake orientation, and any needed temporary boater's certificate; pontoons are ready at 8:30 AM
- Ages 21+ only to rent or drive
- Bring photo ID for everyone age 16+; provide each person under 16's name, birthdate, and weight
- Carry a properly sized life preserver for every person aboard
- Use one credit card per rental; a security deposit applies and is returned after inspection
- Expect mandatory rental insurance covering damages up to $4,000
- Expect fuel costs, not included in the listed price, when returning the boat
- Return the boat by the designated time; late fees of $100 to $300 per hour may apply
- Stay within Mile Marker 15 and avoid Nancy's Boat to Shore Campground and Raystown Resort
- Keep alcohol, drugs, stoves, and grills off the boat; pets are allowed only on designated pet-friendly boats

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation for a $200 refund of your deposit. Cancellations without notice are nonrefundable. You may change your reservation date within the current season by 8:30 AM on the day of your rental.

FAQs
Bring your boater safety certificate if you have one. Certificates must be shown upon arrival, and you may complete a temporary boater's certificate on rental day if needed.
Dogs are allowed only on designated pet-friendly boats. A pet fee applies, and no more than 2 dogs are permitted per boat.
Fishing licenses and bait are not available.
