Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
FAQs
Your bike rental is by the calendar day. You can pick up your rental anytime during normal business hours, and for one-day rentals you must return the bike before the end of business hours.
If you elect delivery and pickup, the bike will be delivered the morning of your scheduled start date and picked up the evening of your scheduled rental end date.
You can rent a bike if you’re between 5’0” and 6’6”. The team will help you decide on fit and size when your reservation is confirmed.
