A credit card authorization of at least $1,500 per bike is required for a security deposit at the time of rental. Collect your bike between 8am and 5:30pm at 2715 Hyde Street.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the reservation date and pay a $25 administrative fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Same-day bookings are not eligible for any refund. Escape From Alcatraz packages are final sale and non-refundable.
