Know before you go
- All operators must be 18 or older and show a valid driver’s license on arrival
- Photo ID and a credit card are required
- Watch the 10-minute safety video in your confirmation email before arrival; delayed starts are not extended
- Complete the pre-launch instructional briefing and sign the liability and release waiver
- All passengers must wear a life jacket
- Passenger capacity is limited by total weight
- Do not drive under the influence of alcohol, medication, or other mind-altering substances
- A $120 fee applies for a fuel refill during the rental
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
