Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before your reservation time (HST). Bookings made within 72 hours, late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Third-party policies apply where they differ. Shows proceed in light rain or passing showers. If the operator cancels entirely, you'll receive a full refund and/or credit toward a future date, based on booking source and payment method.
