Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start may not be refunded. Full refund if your ship cannot dock in Hilo due to itinerary changes, delays, weather, or port conditions, or if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances. No-shows may not be refunded.
