Minors 12 and under must ride with an adult; ages 13+ may drive at the operator’s discretion. No drinks, coffee, or food are allowed on Rydables, and drinking prior to the ride is not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Reschedule free if you change at least 48 hours before your tour. No-shows cannot reschedule and get no credit. Arrive more than 10 minutes late and you will be left with no refund or rescheduling. In inclement weather, the operator may move your time up to 3 hours.

No. If you arrive intoxicated or suspected to be inebriated, you will be dismissed from the experience with no refund and no reschedule. The operator may use a small breathalyzer to confirm alcohol consumption.
Wear layers, as Napa weather can chill or warm up quickly. Do not bring items to carry; backpacks are allowed, but purses and anything hanging off your body is discouraged. Do not bring drinks, coffee, or food on the Rydables.
