Cancellation Policy
Tours run rain, snow or shine. No refunds are issued unless Meadow Brook cancels due to unforeseen circumstances. You may exchange your ticket for a new date and time at least 24 hours before your original tour date, subject to schedule and tour availability. A $5 exchange fee applies.
