Important details
- Ages 12 and under must share a cart with an adult. Each cart allows one adult, with a child age 12 or younger permitted to ride along.
- Independent riding is for ages 13+. Driving requires safely reaching the foot pedals and steering wheel and demonstrating safe driving maturity. A 13-year-old may be required to ride with an adult after a brief test ride.
- Weight limit: 350 pounds total per cart.
- You are financially responsible for damage caused by anyone in your group. Damage charges are not included in the listed price and start at $250 per incident, up to the full cost of repair or replacement.
- Do not drink alcohol before the ride. You must remain under California’s legal alcohol limit, and visibly intoxicated riders will be removed from the experience.
- Follow your guide’s safety instructions, operate your scooter responsibly, and yield to cars and pedestrians. Unsafe riding or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal.
- Do not use a cell phone while operating your scooter. Food, coffee, and other drinks are not allowed on Rydables.
- Do not bring items you need to carry while riding; backpacks are allowed.
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled ride.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour. No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, no refund or rescheduling is available. Weather may shift your tour by up to 3 hours earlier or later. If your tour is canceled for weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be rescheduled on the next available tour or receive full credit with no expiration.

FAQs
A front carrier or baby-wearing gear is recommended to help secure your child to you during the ride, but it is not required.
Use the parking lot on Third Street just past the railroad tracks. Allow approximately 15 minutes to park. Parking is not guaranteed and may be difficult during downtown events.
Wear warm, thick layers. Napa weather can cool down or warm up quickly and unexpectedly.
