Important details
- Ages 12+ can operate a Rydable alone
- Children ages 2–11 must ride seated in front of an adult age 21+; one child per adult
- Children must sit upright independently for the full tour; infants under 2 and children in body wraps or carriers cannot ride
- Weight limit: 350 lbs
- Requires enough lower-body strength to walk short distances unaided and balance through turns
- Wear shoes and a shirt throughout the tour
- Arrive 10 minutes before your start time; late arrivals cannot be accommodated or refunded
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Monday–Thursday reservations at least 24 hours before start and Friday–Sunday reservations at least 48 hours before start. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refunded or accommodated. If the operator cancels due to rain or extremely cold weather below 20°F, you'll receive a full refund.

Parking is not included. Use the public parking deck at 224 E. 7th St. for $21 per day or the public surface lot across the street at 219 E. 7th St. for $15 per day. Other lower-cost lots are available 2–3 blocks away.
The tour takes place outdoors in the evening. Wear warm headgear and gloves; both hands stay on the controls while riding. Shoes and shirts are required throughout the tour.
No food or drinks are allowed on Rydables except plain water. Bring your own water bottle, or use the bottled water provided.
