Things to know
Public rides require a minimum of 8 pedalers to launch. Alcohol cannot be brought inside The Well, and glass containers are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 2+ weeks out for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, no refund unless seats are resold. Day-of cancellations: no refunds; a $75 cancellation fee is added. If the operator cancels due to events out of their control, you get a raincheck of the same value (not a refund).

Yes. All riders must be age 21+ and bring a valid ID.
Public rides need at least 8 pedalers to launch. If there aren’t enough riders, your reservation will be canceled and your credit card will be refunded.
Bring your own beer, hard seltzer, or wine. No glass containers; alcohol must be 8% ABV or lower. Limits per rider: 36 oz beer, 36 oz hard seltzer, or one 18 oz box of wine (or wine in a can, pre-packaged box, or plastic bottle). Alcohol you bring is not allowed inside The Well.
