• Rental requires an age of 21 or older
• Operators born after January 1, 1988 require a Florida boating safety certificate unless they hold a valid boating license
• Bring your boating safety certificate if required
• Basic boating experience and a signed liability waiver are required for every operator
• Operator eligibility requires at least 2 years operating similar vessels, with no marine losses in 10 years, no violations or suspensions in 5 years, and no criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
• A captain is required if no one in your group qualifies to operate the boat
• A $500 security-deposit hold, not included in the listed price, applies and is released 48 hours after the rental if no damage occurs
