Important details

• Ages 21+ qualify for the included insurance. Under 21 requires a motorcycle-endorsed license and your own comprehensive insurance.
• A valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement is required. Bring it for inspection on arrival.
• Fuel and any applicable service, damage, replacement, or late-return charges are not included in the listed price.
• Return the motorcycle with a full tank of 92-octane gasoline. A $25 fuel charge applies if the tank is not full.
• You are responsible for motorcycle damage, including the first $5,000 regardless of fault, and rental revenue lost while the motorcycle awaits repairs or parts. Responsibility also includes vandalism and mechanical damage caused by negligent operation or failure to perform normal maintenance.
• A $50 charge applies for each lost key, flat tire, dead battery, missing registration card, or missing insurance card. A missing license plate costs $125. A lost or damaged helmet incurs a minimum $100 charge.
• You are responsible for tire-changing and roadside-service costs, lost or stolen tools and accessories, and parking or traffic fines. Rental-term violations can result in deposit forfeiture or additional charges.
• Keep this street bike on paved roads and on Maui. Do not take the south-side route to or from Hana or ride off-road; either violation incurs a minimum $500 service charge. Motorcycles are GPS-tracked.
• You are the only authorized driver. Do not race, ride recklessly, ride under the influence, tow, transport passengers or property for hire, or carry surfboards, kayaks, canoes, or gliders. Violating operating rules invalidates insurance coverage.
• Wear closed-toed shoes and long pants. Complete the waiver; signing on arrival is available.
• Check the engine oil at every refueling. Lock the motorcycle and remove the keys when it is not in use. Do not attach equipment or other items without written permission.
• File a police report immediately for any damage and within 2 hours of an accident. Failure to file a report or cooperate can leave you responsible for rental charges until the motorcycle is recovered. Return the keys if the motorcycle is missing or stolen to avoid continuing rental charges.
• The motorcycle may be substituted because of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Return the motorcycle in its original condition, allowing for ordinary wear, by the agreed return date and time. Returns 30 minutes or more late incur at least one hour of additional rental charges. If a late return causes the next reservation to be lost, you are liable for that reservation's full charges. Overdue motorcycles are reported to police as missing vehicles.
