Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refund is issued with less than 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling outside the 48-hour window costs $40 per person. Receive a full refund or free reschedule if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
