Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled check-in for a full refund. Less than 48 hours, no-shows, or missed departures are charged the full charter price. If the operator cancels due to weather, minimum passenger requirements, or safety concerns, choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

Arrive on time for the mandatory boat safety briefing. If you miss the check-in time, you must reschedule and a rescheduling fee per person applies; confirm the exact amount with Greetwell before booking.
Bring your certification card, a swimsuit (not provided), a towel, sunscreen, water, and snacks as needed. Bring a reusable water bottle if you can.
