Important details
- Swimming, snorkeling, and other water activities are not offered
- Inform the crew if you bring glass bottles; drinks will be placed on ice below deck and served in onboard shatterproof glasses
- Leave onboard shatterproof glasses on the boat when you depart
- Photo and video permission for social media and promotional use is required
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice receive a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. If cut short by sudden weather or unforeseen circumstances, receive a prorated refund. No-shows are charged the full price.

FAQs
All passengers age 18 and over must sign the liability and damage waiver before going onto the dock.
Bring food and alcohol aboard, but do not bring red alcoholic beverages that could stain the boat. If you bring a drink in a glass bottle, inform the crew so it can be stored on ice below deck; use an onboard shatterproof glass on deck and leave it onboard after your charter.
