Itinerary
Once all guests have checked in, everyone will be fitted with a helmet and receive a safety briefing, including instructions on how to safely interact with their horse.
From your scheduled ride time, here's what to expect:
- 10 minutes: Safety briefing and introductions to your wranglers and carriage driver
- 15 minutes: Mounting, arena orientation, and riding instruction
- 50 minutes: Guided trail ride and horse-drawn carriage ride
- 15 minutes: Dismounting, photos, and time to socialize with your horse
Please note that riding instruction and carriage ride times may vary slightly if additional instruction is needed to ensure all riders feel safe and comfortable before heading out on the trail.

- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Ages 5+ only
- Minors must ride with an adult age 18 or older
- Requires walking up two steps and following basic instructions
- Wear the provided approved ASTM-certified equine helmet
- Dress for the weather; rides may operate rain or shine
- Leave dogs and other small animals at home
- Silence your phone during the ride
- Expect a wagon instead of a sleigh unless there are at least 6 inches of packed snow
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours or more before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable.
FAQs
Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. Long pants are recommended. Bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Wear long hair low and remove hats for proper helmet fit.
If weather or conditions prevent the ride from operating safely, you will be offered the option to rebook or receive a full refund.
