Important details
- For member admission, bring your membership card to check-in. Student admission requires a valid student ID.
- Do not bring pets, companion animals, or emotional support animals. Service animals are allowed.
- Do not bring bicycles, skateboards, or other vehicles. Strollers, wheelchairs, and motorized mobility scooters are permitted.
- Follow the one-way paths throughout the event.
- Arrive during your reserved 30-minute entry window. Bring your ticket QR code, printed or available on your phone, for check-in. One QR code covers your group.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or exchanges. You may transfer your reservation to another person for the same event. The event takes place rain, snow, or shine; inclement weather is not grounds for a refund if the event is held. If Reiman Gardens cancels, you may rebook for another available date or time at no additional charge.

FAQs
Yes. The entire Winter Wonderscape route is wheelchair accessible, with 90% paved paths and slopes under 5%. The loop is approximately ¾ mile and takes 40–80 minutes to walk. Bring your own wheelchair or motorized mobility scooter; none are available to borrow.
Parking is free. Use the preferred lot, S2, or additional parking in lots S1, S3, S5, and S6.
Yes. Your entry window only determines when you enter. Explore the light show until closing at 9 PM, and walk the loop more than once if you wish.
