Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before your ride for check-in and helmet fitting
- Complete an equine liability release waiver for every rider; a legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Ages 8+ only; riders under 18 must ride with a parent or guardian
- Ride separately from accompanying adults; no double riding is allowed
- Maximum weight 250 lbs and minimum height 4 ft
- Requires mounting from a block, dismounting to the ground unassisted, and following basic verbal instructions
- Wear fully enclosed, closed-toe and closed-back shoes; open-toe or slide-on shoes are not allowed
- Wear the provided ASTM-certified riding helmet
- Limit groups to no more than 4 children under age 12
- Keep phones away while riding; you must steer and control your own horse
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Riders not fully checked in within 5 minutes after start forfeit the ride with no refund.
