    Itinerary

    After all riders are checked in, everyone will be fitted for helmets and receive instructions on steering and riding their horses.

    From the start time of your ride, here is what you can expect:

    • 10 minutes - Safety Briefing & Meet the wranglers
    • 15 minutes - Mounting, arena riding, and instruction
    • 50 minutes - Trail ride
    • 15 minutes - Pictures, dismounting, and socializing with your horse

    Instruction and trail ride time may vary if individuals require more instruction time to ride comfortably.

    What's Included

    • Saddle bags for small items
    • Post-ride photos taken on your personal device

    Important details

    • Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and helmet fitting
    • Ages 8+ only; riders under 18 must ride with a parent or guardian
    • Each rider rides their own horse; double riding is not allowed
    • Height minimum 48 inches; weight limit 250 lbs
    • Requires mounting from a mounting block, dismounting unassisted, and following basic riding instruction
    • Requires understanding simple verbal wrangler instructions and controlling your own horse
    • Wear fully enclosed, closed-toe and closed-back shoes; pants are preferred
    • Wear the provided ASTM-certified riding helmet
    • Complete an Equine Liability Release Waiver for every rider; a legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
    • Keep phones put away while riding; texting, calls, and selfies are not allowed
    • Rider changes require at least 48 hours' notice; unapproved substitutions are not allowed

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancel at least 48 hours before start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Riders not fully checked in within 5 minutes after start forfeit their ride without a refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
