Tickets are nonrefundable but may be transferred to someone else for the same date, time, and price category. The event takes place rain, snow, or shine.

Parking is free. Use Lot S1 as the preferred lot; Lots S2, S3, S5, and S6 are also available.
Strollers, wheelchairs, and motorized mobility scooters are welcome. The route is ADA accessible, with 90% paved and one small turf-and-mulch section. Bring your own wheelchair or scooter, as event equipment is not available.
Use the portable restrooms east of Lot S2 before entering. After check-in, restrooms are available in the Gardens, including the main building, Mahlstede Building, Hunziker House, and Sycamore Falls. Follow the one-way path.
