• Drivers must be ages 21+ and present a valid driver's license at pickup
• All drivers must be present, approved, and listed on the rental agreement before driving
• Manual-transmission drivers must be experienced with clutch and stick-shift operation
• A $300 refundable security deposit is due at pickup and is not included in the listed price
• Requires safely entering and exiting a low-profile vehicle and remaining seated upright throughout the ride
• Passengers must fit the factory-installed seat belt and remain safely seated
• Wear seat belts whenever the vehicle is moving
• Do not drive off-road, on racetracks, or where motor vehicles are not legally permitted
• Do not drive or ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Fuel, tolls, parking, citations, late-return charges, damage, and other rental-agreement fees are not included in the listed price and may apply
