1. For either Self Drive option, check in at Peterson's Champagne House. These options run on Saturdays and Sundays. With Local Transfer or Return Transfer from Sydney, start with a shared pickup; your pickup time is assigned in advance.
2. For either Self Drive option, attend a safety briefing before your flight.
3. Enjoy a 1-hour balloon flight with either Self Drive option. The Local Transfer and Return Transfer from Sydney options include a guided experience with Balloon Aloft.
4. For either Self Drive option, finish with breakfast after your flight at Peterson House Winery.
5. With Local Transfer or Return Transfer from Sydney, take the included return shuttle at 09:00.
