- Drivers must be ages 25+ when traveling with passengers under 18
- Passengers must be at least 42 inches tall
- Complete one liability waiver per machine and list all party members as passengers

- A required Premium Damage Waiver limits damage costs to $1,500 per machine
- A credit or debit card authorization hold of $1,500 per machine is required on the day of the tour
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- A 3% Utah State Bureau of Land Management fee is added and not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added and not included in the listed price
- Expect late-return charges of $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, or a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 3 or more days in advance for a full refund. Cancel 1–2 days in advance for a 75% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
