Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Bikes are rented by the calendar day. For a one-day rental, return your bike before the end of business hours.
If you don’t elect delivery, you can pick up your rental anytime during normal business hours.
If you elect delivery and pickup, your bike is delivered the morning of your scheduled start date and picked up the evening of your scheduled rental end date.
