- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
- Leave the state park boundary at Last Take Out by 12 pm and arrive by 4 pm for pickup
- Park entrance fees are collected on arrival and are not included in the listed price
- Bring a set of car keys for required rental collateral; they are returned after the rental
- Complete a waiver before paddling
- Meet the vessel weight limit, which ranges from 287 to 1,063 lbs depending on rental type
