Cancellation policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service cost, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
