A: Your trainer will arrive at your vacation rental, bring any necessary equipment, and lead you through a customized workout based on your goals and fitness level.
Q: Do I need to have my own equipment?
A: Not necessarily. Trainers can bring essential items like mats, resistance bands, or light weights. If you prefer, they can also design a bodyweight-only workout.
Q: Can multiple guests join the session?
A: Yes—sessions can be tailored for solo workouts, couples, or small groups.
Q: How long is each session?
A: Sessions typically last 45 minutes.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as soon as possible, as slots fill up quickly.
Q: Can I combine personal training with gym access?
A: Yes—you can book both the 24/7 Gym Access Add-On and an in-home personal trainer for a complete fitness experience.
All personal training sessions are final and non-refundable. Once booked, sessions cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred. Guests are encouraged to confirm their schedule before reserving.
