Things to know
If a tour is booked the same day, you must check out your rental by 9:00 am, regardless of your selected reservation time. This does not change your rental length.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at booking. A $50 non-refundable deposit is included in each guest’s booking fee. The remaining balance is refunded up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled tour. No refunds within 24 hours. You can reschedule at no additional charge with at least 24 hours notice.
FAQs
Dress for the weather and for biking. Wear sneakers; you must wear flat-soled, closed-toe shoes. Avoid dresses or skirts, which can make riding tricky.
Bring sunscreen, water, and a mask. Space on the bike is limited, so bring only what you need and leave large purses at home. Pets aren’t allowed on the rentals and aren’t allowed at many stops.
Eat a substantial breakfast before your ride. Tasting on an empty stomach is discouraged.
