Important details
- Ages 3+ only. Children aged 3–17 require an accompanying paying adult.
- Weight limits: 105 kg for anyone under 180 cm tall; 115 kg for anyone over 180 cm tall.
- This activity is not recommended if you have neck, back or heart disease, a shoulder dislocation, high blood pressure or epilepsy.
- Hard casts are not permitted.
- You may be refused participation without a refund if you appear intoxicated.
- Complete the Statement of Risk waiver before participating.
- Remove loose-hanging accessories, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets and watches, and empty your pockets before flying.
- Arrive 1 hour before your start time for training and gearing up.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the activity date (destination local time). If the operator cancels due to unforeseen events or extreme weather, you can reschedule or request a full refund. No refunds or changes for late arrivals, no-shows, or refusal to follow the operator's rules.
