Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip; refunds incur a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 7 days, no-shows, and trips cut short after leaving the dock are nonrefundable. Deposits are refundable for port closures due to weather. Full refund if the trip is canceled because of a boat issue.
