- Chaperones are required for anyone under 18 and as needed for elderly assistance

- Expect animal species to vary based on health, safety, and availability
Cancellation Policy
Operates rain or shine. Cancel 31+ days before your event for a 75% refund; cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable. Reschedule 31+ days ahead for a 30% fee. Reschedule without penalty within 3 business days of booking; no rescheduling within 30 days of the event.

Everyone coming on property must have a liability waiver completely filled out and signed. Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian; failure to meet this requirement could result in cancellation with no refund.
