Create new memories with a customizable animal encounter featuring hands-on interactions and guided learning. Choose your animals and an activity while gaining a better understanding of furred, feathered, and scaled friends.
A minimum of 6 participants is required, and group maximum is 20. You must be at least 5 years old to pet reptiles, and chaperones are required for anyone under 18. Species may vary based on animal health, safety, and availability.
Cancel 31+ days before your scheduled event for a 75% refund. Cancel within 30 days of your scheduled event for no refund. Reschedule 31+ days prior for a 30% fee. You may reschedule without penalty for up to 3 business days after booking; rescheduling is not available within 30 days of the scheduled event.

Amazing company! Nearly 15 years ago, we adopted "Amethyst" who is now known as Orleans. She is our best friend and companion in our daily lives! This facility where we got her was clean, the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable, the animals looked well cared after! We wouldn't have found our amazing floof if it wasn't for HWAC! Thank you for all you have done and still continue to do!!
