Your own board is preferred for your coaching session. A board can be provided if requested in advance, but availability is limited and it may not match your preferences or surfing style.
Wear a swimsuit or surf attire. Bring water, a towel, reef-safe sunscreen, and surf wax if needed. A change of clothes is optional.
